Stefan Heer

Stefan makes leadership effective. He learned his trade from the ground up: he studied electrical engineering and worked in research and development for seven years, both at home and abroad. He then managed organizational development projects and post-merger integrations in Europe and the USA. He built up the internal organizational development of Sonova AG.

Stefan holds a master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in work and organizational psychology, as well as further training in supervision, coaching and organizational development. Since 2014 he has been working independently or as a partner in leadership, organizational and cultural development.

He has been Managing Director of Leadnow since 2021. Since 2018, he has been a local councillor in Appenzellerland, where he lives with his family. He was on the board of the Swiss Society for Work and Organizational Psychology for 8 years. Stefan is not afraid of tough processes – he is usually able to drive them forward thanks to his wealth of experience and is delighted when they succeed.

He is always open to a conversation – here and now.

Franziska Ebneter

Franziska started out in the traditional way with an apprenticeship as a banker and completed secondary school alongside her work in order to obtain a B.A. in Cultural Studies in Lucerne. While working at the museum, she trained as a human resources specialist and completed the MAS in Human Resource Management. She gained more than ten years of HR experience in the banking world, with meteorologists and in the media and real estate sectors. She started out in personnel development before becoming Head of Human Resources, where she is responsible for the entire employee lifecycle.

Franziska shares Leadnow’s mission to make the world of work a better place. To achieve this, she draws on her extensive experience of over ten years in human resources. Franziska addresses things – relentlessly and appreciatively. That’s why she can not only effectively support our customers in HR issues or as a sparring partner in project work, but also explains to managers how to make adjustments for effective leadership.

Hubert Lechner

Hubert has over 20 years of practical leadership experience. Trained as an electrical engineer, he later studied linguistics – a combination that reflects his enthusiasm for human communication and technology. Further management training and a CAS in organizational development and change management round off his education.

Hubert is familiar with various management roles, from global companies to dynamic technology start-ups. In addition to the classic leadership role, he has become increasingly involved in organizational development, including as a driving force behind the introduction of people leadership at Sonova.

He lives with his family on Lake Zurich and is involved in local cultural life. He lives out his urge to exercise on his bike or in the mountains, where he also leads groups through rough terrain.

Hubert has been with Leadnow since 2023 to support other managers – by providing practical solutions that are geared towards real business requirements.

Alexandre Pelichet

You can only learn to lead with a counterpart. Alexandre is such a counterpart. He slips into almost any role that is assigned to him. The leaders who practise with him are often frightened because it feels like real life leadership. And that’s a good thing. Because there is pleasant leadership development and there is effective leadership development.

Alexandre studied acting with Dimitri and in Hamburg Schauspiel and, in addition to leaders, also delights audiences, e.g. at the Rigiblick Theatre and the Kellerbühne St. Gallen. He works as a speaker for SRF.

Deborah Mock

Drama can create emotions – psychology can explain emotions. In combination, highly effective learning experiences are possible. Because doing is like wanting – just more blatant.

Deborah brings the two worlds together. She works as an actress, speaker, acting coach at the Michael Tschechow Acting School in Berlin, certified systemic therapist, speech and communication trainer, case simulation for prospective doctors and psychotherapists in Hamburg (including UKE).

Jonas Räber

Two factors speak in favour of taking Jonas to a workshop: Firstly, a picture is worth a thousand words. Secondly, his view of things helps you to laugh at yourself. This often opens up new perspectives. Jonas records the workshop topics in the form of live-drawn comics and incorporates them into the workshop as a summary.

Aline Rousselot

Are you still leading, or have you already become one?
Aline dares to look behind the scenes, focusing on key life questions: Who are you? What drives and motivates you? Is there alignment between who you are and how you lead and work? What impact does your role as a leader have on you, and how do you influence leadership?

As a clinical psychologist, Aline also provides guidance on communication and mental health issues, such as when there is suspicion of an employee consuming alcohol at work or concerns about stress-related illnesses—like when an employee becomes constantly irritable and makes more mistakes.

Nadya Sevastianova

At Leadnow, we don’t want to push anything on anyone. Instead, we have great solutions that should be found by suitable customers. Marketing in this environment is a difficult task.

But not for Nadya. Not only does she share this attitude, she also finds ways to put it into practice.

Andreas Freimüller

Andreas sees connections that others don’t see. For example, that leadership development, Videoask and databases belong together. So that you don’t have to wait for the next workshop to learn how to lead.

Andreas was a ship’s cook on the Rainbow Warrior, for example. Anyone who has been on a ship for more than two days knows that there is no job in the world with more responsibility. Today he does complicated things with computers, communications and holdings.

Thomas Meyer

Do you know Wolkenbruch? Then you know Thomas Meyer. Since the essay ‘Separate yourselves’, Thomas has also been a separation counsellor. What does this have to do with leadership? Couple and work relationships are among the most important connections in life. And they work in a similar way.

Alina Ferraro

We can see that the Leadnow approach works in practice. Alina explains why. She bridges the gap between science and impact.

A psychologist by training, she brings her knowledge to bear wherever psychology is needed. In other words, everywhere.

Nina Rimpl

The leadership autopilot is not as rationally controlled as we think. Rather, it is more strongly influenced (Nina would say biased) by our own beliefs and needs than we would like.

Nina not only teaches you how to understand these things, but also how to analyse and adjust your autopilot. She adjusted her own autopilot with a Master’s degree in Applied Psychology.

Frank und Patrik Riklin

Riklins are only available in a double pack. Like stereo music. What the artist duo tells the world of work is moving. The conciseness with which they get to the heart of the impact of leadership is unrivalled: Usual action leads to (lamented) reality. Effective leadership acts unusual.

Frank and Patrik use the Atelier für Sonderaufgaben to tackle topics that no one else takes care of: Null Stern Hotel, Bignik, Fliegen retten– and leadership development with Leadnow.

Manuel Angelini

Manuel is the most creative perfectionist north of the Alpstein. (Or the most perfect creative.) Creative because he has retained his childish joy of playing with soapboxes, marble runs and Lego. And a perfectionist because every detail is just right when working with him.

Claudia Stam

Employers have a duty of care to protect employees from bullying and sexual harassment. At the latest when such accusations are made, a professional is needed. Claudia and her specialist centre for bullying and harassment is that professional. Some managers shy away from this topic like the devil shuns holy water. Effective leadership does the opposite: it takes active steps to ensure that bullying and harassment are nipped in the bud.

Bigna Körner

Bigna wraps tough leadership truths in such a charming way that they become much more palatable. She is both relentless and appreciative. That’s why she fits in so well at Leadnow.

As an actress, Bigna appears both in front of the camera for film and television and on stage. She also works as a director and theater educator. In her first career, she was a teacher.
